Alongside this, our Art, Biology, Chemistry, Classics, Mathematics, Further Maths, Spanish and Physics departments have achieved a notably high proportion of top grades.

Speaking about this year’s A Level results, Head of Loughborough Grammar School, Mr James Neville, reflected on the success of his pupils’ achievements with pride. He said: “I am delighted to see our students fulfil their ambitions with excellent examination results today, as they now progress to a diverse array of destinations and embark on the next exciting stage in their careers. Their wide-ranging contributions to the life of Loughborough Grammar School leave an indelible mark on our school community and we look forward to seeing the positive impact they will have in the wider world thanks to all that they have learned and experienced.”

GCSE Results

We’re delighted to share that almost 60% of the 1022 exams taken by Year 11 pupils received Grades 9-7, reflecting the boys’ hard work and commitment over the course of their studies.

Individual achievements at GCSE also shined through with seven boys achieving seven or more Grade 9s.

We are very pleased to recognise the strong GCSE results achieved across subjects such as Art, Classics, Maths and the Sciences – subjects that also saw excellent results achieved at A Level last week.

Reflecting on the results, Head of Loughborough Grammar School, Mr James Neville, said: “We are delighted to celebrate excellent results once again. These achievements are testament to the hard work of our students and their dedicated teachers.

“The GCSE results are just one highlight of what has been a remarkably successful year across a wide range of co-curricular activities for this cohort, and I look forward to seeing all that they, and the new students joining us in September, will achieve in our Sixth Form.”

Many pupils are now set to proceed with their studies in our Sixth Form, where they will continue to receive high quality teaching from our team of subject specialists in an independent yet supportive learning environment. s while providing the support they need to thrive.
