Our fees are shown below, and are inclusive of VAT (where it is applicable). If you have any questions regarding payment of school fees, please contact the Registrar or email our Finance department:

Discounts

Sibling – From September 2025, a discount of 10% is offered for the third child, and 15% for subsequent children studying in the Foundation at the same time. The discount is applied to the youngest child.

Spread the Cost

We offer a 12 month interest-free payment plan through School Fee Plan to help families spread the cost of school fees across year – without additional fees or interest.

Fee Payments 

Loughborough Schools Foundation require school fees to be paid in full on the first day of term. Our preferred method for payment is via Direct Debit.

Alternatively monthly direct debits can be made through our partner School Fee Plan*. This provides the option to spread the cost of school fees throughout the year and is offered interest free to our parents.

Other payment methods include payment by debit/ credit card via our website or by bank transfer.

Registration Fees and Deposits

Day Pupils

A registration fee of £120 should be sent with the Registration Form.

An acceptance deposit of £500 is payable on acceptance of a place and is returned when pupils leave in accordance with the Foundation’s Terms and Conditions.

Day Pupils, International

A registration fee of £160 should be sent with the Registration Form.

An acceptance deposit of £1,000 is payable on acceptance of a place and is returned when pupils leave in accordance with the Foundation’s Terms and Conditions.

Boarding Pupils

A registration fee of £160 should be sent with the Registration Form. An Acceptance deposit for Boarding pupils; Forces/UK/EU of £1,000 is payable on acceptance of a place and is returned when pupils leave in accordance with the Foundation’s Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance deposit for Boarding pupils; non EU – £5,000*

*The sum of £3,000 will be deducted from the first term’s fees.
